I had a small used hammock but it was better them my little dark closet. As he leaded me to this room I wondered why he was so intimidating. The crew was silent around him; they looked the other way often. Some looked annoyed with him while others, even some of the biggest and strongest showed signs of fear in Oculuss presence. Chapter Three Chasing The WindChapter Three Marcus When I awoke I hoped it was all just a terrible nightmare and Id be back on my old ship, on my hammock. But I wasnt. I was on the black wooden floor of the Night Angel. I never had the royal treatment as a cabin boy but I never had worse living conditions. There was no light in the 5 by 3 room; I couldnt even see my own hands in front of my face. The whole day I was given no food or water. There was a foul smell of death stanching the air along with the scent of fish and waste. Not to mention it was steaming hot in my isolated box. I took off my jacket and unbuttoned my shirt. Chapter Two-Chasing The WindChapter Two After I made my kill I took the captains sword for myself. Whenever I kill the captain I always take an item of his and keep it as a souvenir. His gaudy sword was perfect. It showed how greedy and stupid he was. The riot thought out the rest of the ship had settled and I figured it was time to head back. It was a dry hot night. My crew was just starting to come out of the shadows of my beautiful ship the Night Angel most of them slept in there coffins or bunks through the day. I how ever did not.
